摘　　要：注塑成型是最重要的塑料成型方法之一,它的最大优点是可以一次成型结构复杂的制品,应用很广。但注塑制品在成型过程中常会出现各种缺陷,从影响注塑制品质量的几个因素(材料、成型工艺、模具设计、制品设计)着手,分析了注塑制品常见的表观缺陷、产生的原因及其对策。Injection molding is one of the most important plastics moulding methods.The advantage of the method is that complicated products can be moulded one step,so it has extensive applications.But different kinds of defects often appear in the process of moulding.The factors affecting the common apparent defects of injection products are fully analyzed on the aspects of material,design of the mould,design of the product and forming techniques. The corresponding troubleshootings are gi-ven according to different affecting factors.
