摘　　要：因对防水材料选择的失误 ,造成防水工程质量事故的发生导致返工、赔偿 ,是设计、施工人员经常遇到的事情。结合从事工程质量监督工作多年经验 ,就一些选材的基本原则谈些看法。On the basis of empower from insurance company, insurance agent will have a lot of rights, but there are so many problems during acting as an agent. The perfection of the supervision and restraint do good to insurance agent system.
