摘  要:目的 研究镍钛记忆合金支架治疗气道狭窄的临床应用价值。方法 选择经多种方法治疗无效的重度气道狭窄患者 ,先用纤维支气管镜 (纤支镜 )观察病变性质、狭窄部位长度及程度 ,根据结果选用合适型号支架及送架器 ,经纤支镜活检孔道插入导丝 ,沿导丝送入装有支架的送架器达预定位置 ,退出导丝 ,释出支架。结果  2 8例患者均一次性置入成功 ,呼吸困难等症状均立即消失或明显减轻 ,肺功能及血气分析测定示阻塞性通气功能障碍解除 ,近期治疗有效率达 10 0 %。随访4~ 18个月 ,未发现支架移位 ,患者活动如常。ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical value of recal led nitinol alloy stent implantation for tracheostenosis.MethodsIn 28 cases of severe tracheostenosis which were failed in other therapeutic ways the suitable stents were implanted into the distal region introduced by a wire through fiberoptic bronchoscope.ResultsAll cases were implante d sucessfully by single operation.Symptoms including dyspnea alleviated immediate ly after stent implantation and pulmony function and blood gases improved signif icantly.The recent efficacy rate was 100%.The patients were followed-up 4~18 m o nths and no dislocation of stent were found.ConclusionThe reca lled nitinol alloy sent implantation is availably in sever tracheostenosis.
