摘　　要：对供销社进行“脱胎换骨”的改造,参与农业产业化经营是一条切实可行之路。河北省供销社在这方面走在了全国的前列。通过对河北省供销社参与农业产业化经营取得的成绩和存在问题的分析,提出其进一步发展的可行对策。Taking part in the running of agricultural industrialization is a effective way to the thorough reform of supply-marketing cooperatives in rural area, in this aspect, Hebei Province is an outstanding example. this paper, based on the analysis of the progresses having made and the problems existing, puts forward countermeasures for the further development.
