摘　　要：要使创新成为一种与时俱进、持久稳定、主动全面的创新,就要依靠塑造图书馆创新文化和培养图书馆全体员工的创新素质来保证。In order to turn the innovation into the motivation of the university library development, we should mould the culture of innovation in the university and train the librarian's diathesis of innovation.
