摘　　要：红河州要在中国——东盟自由贸易区建设中大有作为,必须进一步解放思想,拓宽开放面,创新投资环境,调整结构、发展特色经济,争取外援,加快人才培养。If Honghe Prefecture wants to play a big role in the construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,it must emancipate minds,broaden opening up,create new investment environment ,adjust structure,develop unique economy ,try to get foreign capital and speed up the training of talent.
