小麦种子纸床发芽防霉技术探讨

摘　　要：为减轻小麦种子在纸床上发芽发生霉变的现象,进行了浸种回干、预冷、冲洗、多菌灵处理和发芽温度调节等方面的试验。结果表明,发芽前进行浸种回干处理能明显减少小麦在不同温度下发芽的霉变现象,且与沙床20℃恒温下发芽率无显著差异。Different methodologies, such as hydrationdehydration, precold treatment, rinse, Duojunling treatment and temperature regulation were tested in this study to prevent the mould development when wheat germination test was set on paper The results showed that hydrationdehydration before germinating could obviously inhibit the development of mould for wheat germination at different temperature There was no significant difference in the germination percentage between hydrationdehydration treatment and the control (germination on sand at 20℃)
