综合实验装置管系的静力分析

摘  要:综合实验装置可视为一高温高压管系。设计压力17.5MPa,温度350℃。因模拟实验需要,管系设计受到严格限制,给管系的高温热补偿造成困难。蒸汽发生器壳侧下降管水温在运行初期为20℃,该管系运行中的安全问题较突出。根据SDGJ6-78规定的要求,采取允许固定点有附加位移、提高下降管运行温度和合理布置支吊系统等措施后,对管系的应力进行分析计算。结果表明,该管系在给定条件下运行是安全的。The synthetic experiment facility is a high pressure and high temperature piping system. The de-sign pressure is 17. 5 MPa and temperature 350℃. Because of the needs of simulating experiment, thedesign of piping system is restricted. Especially, because water temperature in the downcomer tubes ofsteam generator is 20℃ at the start--up condition, the safety consideration during operating is impor-tant. The thermal compensation of the piping system becomes difficult. According to the principle ofSDGJ6--78, by means of making anchor a displacement, raising water operating temperature in thedowncomer and designing a reasonable supporting system etc, the piping system operation is safety atgiven conditions.
