摘 要:研究结果表明,不同品种之间的光合速率有一定差异,但差异不显著;不同生育期光合速率不同,其规律是结球期>莲座期>幼苗期;不同叶位叶片的光合速率差异非常显著,其大小顺序为上位叶>中位叶>下位叶;大白菜光补偿点为22~25μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),光饱和点为850~950μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),CO_2补偿点为44.3~47.5ppm,CO_2饱和点为1300ppm,羧化效率CE=0.09156~0.09865μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)/ppm,在正常栽培条件下,光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,在水分胁迫条件下则呈单峰曲线。The present study was conducted to ascertain the characteristics of photosynthesis in Chinese cabbage, the result showed that the photosynthetic rate of different varieties and growth stage was different, the rate was lower in the seedling stage, moderate in the leaf rossette stage, and higher in the heading stage, the photosynthetic rate of different leaf position, higher in middle leaf position, the highest in upper leaf position. The light saturation point in chinese cabbage was 850~950/μmol · m^(-2)·s^(-1),Sthe light compensation point was 22 ~ 25μmol · m^(-2) · s^(-1),CO_2 saturation point was 1300ppm, CO_2 compensation point was 44. 3 ~ 47. 5ppm,CO_2 carboxylation efficiency was 0. 09156~0. 09865μmol · m^(-2) · s^(-1)/ppm. It was found that the photosynthetic rate in day time varied according to change of temperature, light intensity, leaf water potential, and stomatal resistance, it rose in the morning and fell in the afternoon gradually, it reached the peak at 11:30 0'clock in the morning and again at 14: 00 0'clock in the afternoon, at 12:30-13:30 0'clock it decreased a little extent due to the decrease of water potential and increase of stomatal resistance, it was double peak curve, but when water stress occured in soil, photosynthe tic rate decreased markedly after 12:00 0'clock, it was single peak curve.
