新时期党建目标提出和确立的基本特点和经验

摘　　要：中国共产党目前的党建目标是十一届三中全会以来逐步提出和确立的。新时期党建目标的基本特点有:党的建设目标体现了党的指导思想;党的建设目标体现了党的宗旨;党的建设目标体现了党的先进性;党的建设总目标体现了党的领导地位和作用。新时期党建目标提出和确立的基本经验是:制定党的建设目标,必须以新的时代和新的环境为客观依据;必须紧密联系党的中心任务;必须赋予党的建设目标以新的时代内容和正确汲取国际国内党的建设的经验教训。The present targets for the construction of the CPC were worked out and set gradually since the 3rd Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the CPC. The general features of the targets set for Party construction in the new era are as follows: the targets well reflect the Party's guiding principles, its aim, and its quality of being advanced. The general target of Party construction embodies the Party's leadership and function. The general experiences drawn from the process of setting these targets are as follows: the setting of the targets for Party construction must base on the objective situations in the new era, must take the Party's central task into consideration, the targets must be enriched with new contents, and draw on all the useful experiences of Party construction of those from both abroad and at home.
