摘　　要：吐蕃瓜州节度使是吐蕃占领瓜沙地区后将其本部的军事部落联盟组织与唐代的节度使制度相结合、在瓜沙地区设置的一种吐蕃域外军政机构 ,隶属于吐蕃东道节度使 ,其辖区为瓜沙二州 ;又是吐蕃统治敦煌的最高官员 ,把持着瓜沙地区的军事、政治、经济、宗教各方面的大权 ,是吐蕃赞普在该地区的最高代言人 ,在唐蕃争战中起到了重要的作用。As soon as Tibetan had conquered the area of He Xi Corridor, Tibetan Governor was appointed to Guo Zhou who was attached to the higher level of Tibetan governor of Dong Dao. The Guo Zhou Governor's valid controlling area were of Guo Zhou and Sha Zhou. The evidence shows the nature of the Tibetan Governor of Guo Zhou was combination of Tibetan military tribe union with Governor, a special division of Tang's officer rank, a governor of one or more provinces in charge of both civil and military affairs during Tang Dynasty. He was the supreme ruler of Guo Zhou and Sha Zhou who has undue influence to not only in military?political decision ,but in economic? religion affairs as well. The Tibetan Governor of Guo Zhou acted as a spokesman for authority of Tibetan in this area and had acted important role in the war between Tibetan and Tang Dynasty.
