Effect of Losec on the Intragastric pH and the Prevention of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding in Brain Surgery Patients

摘　　要：To investigate the effect of Losec on the intragastric pH and the prevention of upper gastrointestinal bleeding on brain surgery patients. 20 patients who were referred to brain surgery were randomly divided into two groups. 72 hours intragastric pH monitoring was carried out in all of these patients 4 hours before the operation. After the operation, 10 patients received routine the rapy, theother 10 patients received Losec 40mg once daily besides routine therapy.
