益康灵对动物血脂的影响和毒性

摘　　要：用高脂血症造型后给药及正常小鼠给药分别研究了中药复方片剂益康灵对动物血脂的影响并做了毒性试验。结果表明:益康灵对高脂血症小鼠Tc的升高、HDL-c的降低有预防意义。对高脂血症大鼠可使Tc、TG及AI值降低,HDL-c升高。对正常小鼠血脂水平无明显影响。益康灵灌胃给药LD_(50)无法求出。提示益康灵对血脂水平有积极的影响且毒性甚微。Study on the effects of the pure compound tablet of Chinese drug, helpful health, on blood—fat of animals have been done in 3 groups. In the first group, medicine is given while models of hyperlipemia are made in mice, The result shows the increase of TC and decrease of HDL-C can be prevented. In the second group, the medicine is given after models of hyperlipemia are made, a decrease in TC, TG and AI and increase in HDL-C can be achieved. The third study is done with normal mice with no apparent effect on their blood-fat, virulent experiment has proved little toxicity in this tablet.
