摘　　要：本文分析了英国法环境下国际海运货物保险利益界定的弊端 ,建议我国确立以“风险承担”为界来界定保险利益的法律模式 ;结合实际对实务中颇具争论的“保险利益的相对性”、“保险利益与保险合同效力”和“保险利益与损失”等问题进行了研究 ,提出了自己的观点和立法建议。This article investigates how to define the insurable interest under the backgrounds of English law, then suggests our country to adopt the legal mode to define insurable interests by the assumption of risk. It discusses the relativity of insurable interest, the relation between insurable interest and validity of insurance contract, and between the insurable interest and loss, some problems in judicial practice, and sets forth the personal views of the author. It gives suggestion to perfect the legislation of our country in this respect in the end.
