摘 要:通过对两种桉木制APMP浆的试验 ,提出了一套合理的工艺参数 ,使得所制的桉木化机浆白度达到 80 %ISO左右。另外对磨浆过程浆料的纤维形态、光学性能及物理强度的变化进行了研究。Pulping and refining characters of alkaline peroxide mechanical pulp(APMP)of E.globulus and E.urophylla were investigated . In the experiment,chips were treated with two stages of compression by ratio of 4∶1 and two stages of chemical treatment(dosage:5% H 2O 2, 5.2%NaOH,0.5% EDTA, 2% NaSiO 4,1% MgSO 4,temperature: 70~75℃,retention time:50~60min),then followed with several stages of refining. When beating degree was about 65°SR,the brightness of the pulp could reached 80%ISO.The alteration of fiber morphological,optical and physical properties during the refining process was also studied.
