碱木素的多相催化羟甲基化

摘　　要：将合成出的具有特定结构的复合型固体碱催化剂 ,与溶有纯化碱木素的四氢呋喃建立起多相催化体系 ,对碱木素进行了多相催化羟甲基化作用。为考察该催化剂对不同原料的有效性 ,在此以两种碱木素为原料 ,对均相与多相催化羟甲基化产物的分离及物性进行了比较。A heterogeneous catalytic system for methylolation of alkali lignin was constituted of tetrahydrofuran containing purified alkali lignin and solid alkali catalyst with special structure . In order to investigate the efficiency of the catalyst for various raw materials,two types of alkali lignin were used as material,physical properties of the methylolated lignins which were produced through homogeneous phase catalysis methylolation and heterogeneous phase catalysis methylolation were compared.
