摘 要:对桉木RDH硫酸盐浆和常规硫酸盐浆的ECF和TCF漂白进行了研究 ,并与有元素氯漂白进行了对比。主要研究了用H2 O2 代替一段ClO2 段以减少ClO2 用量 ;采用H2 O2 强化碱抽提段 (Ep)以实现短程序漂白 ;强化H2 O2 漂白 (添加助剂的H2 O2 漂白 )用以代替氧漂。结果表明 ,采用DEpP、Q(A +P1)P2 和CEPH短程序漂白 ,均可将桉木RDH硫酸盐浆和常规硫酸盐浆漂至 85 % (ISO)以上的白度。两种漂白浆相比 ,RDH漂白浆具有相对较高的撕裂强度和较低的抗张强度。但两种漂白浆的强度均较高 ,抗张指数和撕裂指数均分别达到 73N·m/ g和 7 5mN·m2 /ECF and TCF bleaching for RDH and traditional sulfate pulp of eucalyptus were studied,and a comparison with elemental chlorine-containing bleaching was made. The research was mainly concentrated on the following points: using H 2O 2 stage to take the place of ClO 2 stage in order to reduce ClO 2 charge; reinforcing E stage with H 2O 2 (Ep) for a short sequence bleaching; enhancing H 2O 2 bleaching with additive (A) for substituting for oxygen bleaching. The results showed that both RDH and traditional sulfate pulps from eucalyptus could be bleached to above 85%(ISO) of brightness by short sequence bleaching of DEpP,Q(A+P 1)P 2 and CEpH. RDH bleached pulp had relatively higher tear strength and lower tensile strength compared with traditional bleached sulfate pulp. However,both bleached pulp had good strength properties(tensile index above 73N.m/g,tear index over 7.5 mN. m 2/g)
