摘  要:采用由Cu2 + /吡啶 /过氧化氢组成的仿酶氧化系统 ,对马尾松 (PinusmassonianaLamb)的磨木木素(MWL)和木素碳水化合物复合体 (LCC)进行仿酶降解 ,通过红外光谱分析以及GC MS分析 ,解析了马尾松MWL和LCC在降解过程中的结构变化 ,并对这种仿酶降解的机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明 ,这种仿酶降解方法对磨木木素和LCC均有较强的降解能力 ,降解后的产物中羰基和羟基增多 ,且木素结构中的部分苯环被开环 ;还有一部分木素降解为香草酸和香草醛等低分子化合物。这说明木素在侧链上受到氧化作用 。Lignin carbohydrate complex (LCC) and milled wood lignin (MWL) prepared from pinus massoniana Lamb were treated with a new delignification system using copper/coordination compound/peroxide. The combination of infrared spectra and GC MS analysis was used to analyze the changes of chemical structure of MWL and LCC during the reaction. The mechanism of this biomimetic delignification was explored. The results showed that the dilignification of MWL and LCC was very efficient using the copper/coordination compound/peroxide system. After the treatment,some hydroxyl and carboxyl groups were increased and some low molecule compounds as syingaldehyde and vanillin were produced. The results could prove that the oxidation of side chain led to the cleavage of the linkage between the units of lignin substructure.
