摘  要:进行Soda 绿氧法竹浆氧漂前的H2 SO4 (A)及EDTA(Q)预处理 ,常规氧漂 (O) ,H2 O2 强化氧漂 (Op)及氧漂浆的H2 O2 漂白 (P)试验。结果表明 ,在实验条件下 ,H2 SO4 预处理能有效地改善未漂浆中金属离子的分布 ,提高未漂浆的可漂性 ,显著提高氧漂效果 ;H2 O2 是竹浆氧漂的有效强化剂 ;AOpOpP是实现竹浆全无氯、短序。Pretreatment of Soda Green Oxygen bamboo pulp with sulfuric acid(A) or with EDTA(Q) was conducted. Conventional oxygen bleaching (O) as well as the reinforced oxygen bleaching (O p) of the pulp was performed. The AO pO p pulp was bleached with peroxide hydrogen subsequently. The results show that the pretreatment A can markedly improve the distribution of metal ions in unbleached pulp and oxygen bleaching effect. Peroxide hydrogen is an effective reinforcing agent for oxygen bleaching of bamboo pulp. With AO pO pP sequence bamboo pulp can be easily bleached to a higher brightness.
