摘　　要：目的 介绍一种用于修复肘后皮肤缺损的方法。方法 以骨间背侧动脉为蒂设计前臂背侧岛状皮瓣,顺行转移修复肘后创面。结果 6例病人全部成活,随访3个月至2年,皮瓣色泽、质地、弹性及感觉良好,肘关节功能正常,无不适感。结论 该皮瓣设计合理、手术操作简便、成活率高,是修复肘后皮肤缺损的理想方法。Objective To introduce a new way of treating postcubital skin defect. Methods Island pediclea flap, whose blood supply came from dorsal interosseous artery, was designed on dorsal segment of forearm. Then postcubital wound surface was covered with this flap. Results All flaps in 6 cases survived. With 2 ~ 3 years' following-up, all patients had no discomfort with normal function of cubital articulation. And the color, luster, character, elasticity and sensory function of flap were good. Conclusion These re-sults suggested that this operation was an ideal method for repairing postcubital skin defect, and it had many advantages such as simplicity, reasonability of skin flap design and high survival rate.
