摘  要:目的 为修复正中神经退支的神经移植术、神经移位术提供理论基础和有关数据.方法用显微组织学方法研究了60例新鲜成人的上肢正中神经返支的内部血管构筑.结果 营养血管在神经外膜分为上、下行支,神经内部的血管在神经外膜、神经束膜、神经束内形成三个层次的血管网,每个层次的血管网在纵向上具有延续性,三个层面的血管内往存在差异,神经血供可在纵、横向上得到供应.纵向上各层次血管较直,未见较大的弯曲盘旋.结论 神经受到牵拉或在张力下缝合时,易造成血流减慢或阻断.ve To provide theory basis and relative data for nerve transplatation of the recurrent branch of median nerve. Methods Intra blood vessel of the recurrent branch of median nerve were observed and studied with microhistology on 60 adult fresh cadaver speciments. Results Nutrient blood vessels were divided into superior and inferior branch on epineurium. Three vascular nets were formed in epineurium, per-ineurium and intra-nerve tract . The interior diameter of blood vessels are different. The blood supply of the recurrent branch of median nerve can be achieved longitudinally and transversely. The extensive spirals of blood vessels are not observed on longitudinal side. Conclusion The compression, stretching and suture under tension will damage the blood vessels of recurrent branch of median nerve.
