摘　　要：目的 探讨去白细胞血在肝脏移植中的应用。方法 将研究对象分为实验组和对照组,实验组应用去白细胞血,对照组应用普通全血。结果 实验组2例移植术后至今存活;对照组2例术后第1、2天血转氨酶浓度最高,其水平反映移植过程中供肝受损的程度,间接反映肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的程度。结论 去白细胞血对肝脏缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。Objective To explore the effect of hepatic transplantation by deleukocyto blood. Method Studies were divided into experimental group and controlled group,the former were given deleukocyto blood and the later were given normal whole blood. Results 2 cases in experimental group were alive after operating. 2 cases in controlled group had higher level of transaminase after transplantation which reflecting the damaged level of grafting liver and the effect of reperfusing damage indirectly. Conclusion There is pretectivc effect of reperfusing damage by deleukocyto blood.
