摘 要:对杂交稻7个品质性状配合力分析,阐明了亲本对杂种品质性状的影响,并提出了以亲本一般配合力效应之和预测杂交稻品质性状表现的方法。In 1992,4 A lines, 4 R lines and 16 hybrids obtained through 4×4 half-diallel set were evalu- ated for combining ability for 7 grain quality traits. The hybrids were compared for the quality traits with the standards of fine quality rice and grain shape of hybrid rice may reach the standards,but the values of chalky rice percentage and the chalky area of hybrid rice were much higher. Analysis of variance revealed that the variances due to general combining ability(GCA)of A lines for all seven characters,specific combining ability (SCA) and GCA of R lines for some of the traits were significant. hB2 of 7 traits were 30.70%-95.75%, grain shape the highest and total milled rice recovery the lowest. The ratios of σ12+σ22 to σG2 of 7 traits were 75.19%-97.14%,which indicated that all traits were mainly affected by additive effect of genes. Significant positive correlation was also found between the effects of gi (P1)+gi (P2) of parents and their hybrids in the 7 traits,which suggested that the expression of hybrid rice in these quality characters can be predicted through parents.
