摘  要:糙叶败酱Pat rinia scabra Bge.的根与根茎的挥发油前人报告证明有镇静作用。作者对该挥发油采用了气-质联用方法,并结合快速柱层分离和经红外光谱及氢核磁共振光谱鉴定了其中5种成分,主成分为石竹烯,另有α-古芸烯、β-古芸烯、α-葎草烯及正十六烷。这些成分均为首次自该植物中分出并鉴定的。Five components were identified from thevolatile oil separated by stemdistillationof the dried rhizome and root of Patrinia seabra Bunge(family Valerianaceae)byGC-MS,and three of them were coufirm-ed by I R and NMR after further isolationby means of flash column chromatography.The main component was found to be cary-ophyllene,and the others were α-humulene,α-,β-gurjunene and hexadecane.The prese-nce of these compounds in the volatile oilof this plant has not yet been reported pre-viously.
