摘  要:用X射线衍射法和傅立叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)进行SodaAQ法苇浆的强化氧气漂白机理研究。结果表明,经硫酸预处理,过氧化氢强化氧漂(AOp)及过氧乙酸强化氧漂(APaO)均比常规氧漂能更有效地降解浆中的残留木素,又能较好地保护碳水化合物。X射线衍射法和FTIR法均能很好地反映苇浆纤维素的结晶结构在漂白过程中的变化。所有浆样的纤维素均属纤维素Ⅰ晶态;101面峰与101-面峰重迭;垂直002面的晶粒尺寸略小于棉花纤维素的晶粒。The mechanism of reinforced oxygen bleaching of Soda AQ reed pulp was investigated by means of FT IR and X ray diffraction analyses. The results show that more effective deligninfication can be obtained with reinforced oxygen bleaching, and the resulted bleached pulp exhibits more stable viscosity properties.IR absorption spectra can reflect the changes in cellulose crystallinity in a manner very much similar to that observed with the X ray diffraction analyses. In our experiments, all cellulosic samples are cellulose I. The (101 -) peak overlaps the (101) peak. The lattice dimensions of reed pulp cellulose are slightly shorter than that of cotton cellulose.
