摘 要:利用木腐菌PhanerochaetechrysosporiumME446和LIP14菌株所产胞外酶结合H2O2对蔗渣硫酸盐浆进行几种漂序漂白实验,结果表明酶处理段放在氧脱木素后漂白效果较好;ME446酶和LIP14酶处理使蔗渣硫酸盐浆氧脱木素浆终漂白度分别比对照提高42%ISO和60%ISO,LIP14酶漂白效果好于ME446酶,表明锰依赖过氧化物酶(MnP)在硫酸盐浆漂白中作用重要;木腐菌胞外酶中纤维素酶活力有损漂白浆强度,应用中应予以控制;酶处理结合碱抽提能有效降低漂白浆卡伯值,但漂白浆终漂白度不一定因此有所提高。Peroxide bleaching of bagasse kraft pulp with enzyme pretreatment was investigated. The extracellular enzyme employed was isolated from wood rot fungi namely phanerochaete chrysosporium ME446 and LIP14.The results obtained showed that such enzyme pretreatment proved to be beneficial to the subsequent peroxide bleaching. Brightness gains in the enzyme treated H2O2 bleached pulp were claimed to be 4.2% and 6.0% for LIP14 and ME446 respectively, indicating LIP14 being superior to ME446. It was also claimed that 7%ISO brightness gain can be obtained with MnP activated LIP14. It was noticed that cellulose contamination tended to bring about negative effects on the kappa number of the enzyme treated pulp, suggesting that the enzyme employed should be comparatively free from cellulose . When the enzyme treated H2O2 bleached pulp was subjected to alkali extraction, decreases in the kappa number of the pulp were noted, but it did not always mean any increase in pulp brightness.
