摘  要:制备了不同碱化度和硅铝比的聚合硅酸硫酸铝,样品经固化后利用红外光谱和X射线衍射谱研究了聚合硅酸硫酸铝的结构特征,发现聚合硅酸硫酸铝具有与聚合硫酸铝类似的结构特征。聚合硅酸硫酸铝是硅以与铝类似的结构形态取代聚合硫酸铝中的部分铝而形成的。在稳定的聚合硅酸硫酸铝中硅铝比与碱化度之间存在着成正比例的定量关系。聚合硅酸硫酸铝的常温结晶产物与聚合硫酸铝不同。A number of poly aluminum silicate sulfate with different composition and Al/Si molecular ratio were prepared and their structural features were investigated, The polymer samples were first dried to the solid state and then subjected to IR spectroscopy and X ray diffraction measurements. It was found that the structural features of such poly aluminum silicate sulfate additives were very much similar to that of poly aluminum sulfate. This suggested the possibility that the formation of poly aluminum silicate sulfate was resulted from the substitution reaction of certain portion of the aluminum in the poly aluminum sulfate. It was also noticed that appropriate Al/Si molecular ratio relative to the reaction alkalinity appeared to be of great importance for the production of stable poly aluminum silicate sulfate. It was found, however, that the crystallinity of poly aluminum silicate sulfate at ambient temperature was different from that of poly aluminum sulfate.
