摘  要:单螺杆泵转子表面的磨损是造成该种泵失效的主要原因。本课题在研究单螺杆系转子磨损失效机理的基础上,探讨了几种可行的表面修复方法,通过大量的试验研究,确定了单螺杆泵转子磨损表面的金属刷镀修复工艺,为解决生产实际问题提供了可靠途径。Make use of the single - screw pump is moreand more common in the fields of construction engineer-ing, oil industry, textile industry, food industry,medicine industry and so on. The main cause of failure forthe single - screw pump is the wear of the rotor surface.There is not a kind of reliable and economic method whichcan repair it. This situation causes waste and reduces theproductivity. We have researched the wear principle of thesingle - screw pump rotor. A few surface repair methodshave heen tested. The conclusion is that the brush platingis a kind of ideal method to repair the rotor wear surface ofsingle - screw pump. A lot of experiments have beendone, we have determined the repair technology process ofthe single -serew pump rotor wear surface. It supplies areliable method to solve the practical problem.
