摘 要:本文对包复型、电熔型两种Al2O3+TiO213%热喷涂粉末,经等离子喷涂形成的涂层进行往复磨损实验和单摆冲击划痕实验.并结合形貌分析对比评价,结果表明:包复型粉末形成的涂层其耐磨性优于电熔型粉末所形成的涂层,前者涂层致密,硬度、结合强度均高于后者。wear resistance of two kinds of plasma - sprayed Al2O3 + TiO2 13 % coatings were tested with reciprocating tester and the cohesive strength of them were determined with single - pendulum scratch device. The density and hardness were also examined. The results show that the wear resistance of coating made of cladded powder is better than that of coating made of fused - crushed powder. The good wear resistance of the former coating should be explaned by its higher density, hardness and cohesive strength.
