小剂量尿激酶联合恬尔心治疗36例不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：本文应用小剂量尿激酶联合恬尔心（盐酸地尔硫卓缓释片）治疗36例不稳定型心绞痛病人，其中显效13例，有效21例，无效2例。总有效率94．4％，ST段压低（用药前1．4±1．2mm用药后0．6±0．5mmP<0．01），ST段压低导联数量明显减少（用药前2．2±1．4，用药后1．3±1．2P<0．01），临床疗效明显。To observe the clinical effects of a few doses of urokinase with diltrazemhydrochloride to treat the unstable angina. There were 36 cases unstable angina to be studied. 13 cases of them had been apparently effective ,21 patients had been valid, and 2 cases invalid. The total effective rate was 94.4%. The lowered ST segment risen obviously after treated(P< 0.01 ). The qualities of lowered ST segment reduced apparently . We reached the conclusion that the conclusion that the effect of this methodwas apparent.
