摘　　要：自1982年至今我院共行瘤段切除，人工关节置换术200例，发生人工关节外露9例，占4．5％。人工关节外露后造成局部软组织缺损，清创缝合很困难，或者勉强缝合容易再次外露。而且如不及时修补容易发生逆行感染，严重者可丧失肢体。我们应用岛状背阔肌皮瓣及腓肠肌皮瓣修复人工肩关节及人工膝关节外露获得成功。200 patients with bone sarcoma were treated with implantation of prosthesis after tumor resection in our hospital from 1982 to 1998.9 cases were complicated with prosthesis exposure because of mechanical friction among them. It was very difficult to repair prosthesis exposure by direct debridement and suturing due to local infection and soft tissue defect.Limb loss could happen in severe cases. The musculaocutaneous artery flap were applied to repairing the exposure so that to solve these problems successfully.
