摘  要:研究了湿地松SCMP化学预处理段药品用量对制浆得率、白度、物理强度和废液污染负荷的影响。并对湿地松SCMP的打浆特性和漂白特性进行了初步研究。研究结果表明 ,在本研究条件下 ,湿地松较合适的化学预处理条件是 :NaOH用量 3% ,Na2 SO3 用量 15 % ,最高处理温度 16 0℃ ,保温 6 0min。在此条件下粗浆得率可达 90 8% ,漂前白度 32 2 % ,在打浆度为 45°SR时 ,抗张强度指数和撕裂指数可分别达 2 5 83Nm/g和 6 46mN·m2 /g。湿地松SCMP浆容易打浆。漂白条件一定时 ,化学预处理药品用量不影响湿地松SCMP漂后白度。H2 O2 用量为 4% ,湿地松SCMP单段漂后白度达 45 6 % (IS0 )The effects of chemicals charges in pretreatment of P.elliottii on the yield, brightness, physical strength and COD Cr load of the spent liquor of SCMP were studied. The preliminary studies on the beatability and bleachability were also carried out in this paper. The suitable pretreatment conditions for P.elliottii SCMP were as follows: NaOH charge 3%,Na 2SO 3 charge 15%, maximum temperature 160℃, retention time 60 min. the P.elliottii SCMP with a yield of 90.8%, tensile strength index and tearing index of 25.83 N·m/g and 6.46 mN·m 2/g respectively at a beating degree of 45 °SR could be obtained. P.elliottii was easy to be beaten. The charges of NaOH and Na 2SO 3 in pretreatment process had little effects on the brightness of bleached SCMP at a given bleaching condition. The brightness of P.elliotti SCMP reached 45.6% when the dosage of H 2O 2 was 4%.
