氯沙坦治疗高血压病对左室肥厚逆转作用

摘　　要：目的 :我们对轻中度高血压病人 (A组 47例 )服用氯沙坦控制血压时 ,观察血压变化及对左室肥厚影响。方法 :服氯沙坦 (A组 ) 1年 ,设对照组 (B组 ) 35人。结果 :两组 1年前血压无统计学差异 ,1年后收缩压 (SBP)与舒张压 (DBP)出现显著差异 (SBP :1 7.3± 2 .5Kpa　VS2 1 .3± 4.4Kap ,P <0 .0 5 ;DBP :1 0 .8± 2 .7Kpa　VS1 3.7± 2 .4Kpa ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,而室间隔厚度(IVST)与左室后壁厚度 (PWT)也产生明显差异 (IVST :1 1 .4± 2 .3mm　VS1 4.7± 2 .3mm ,P <0 .0 5 ;PWT :1 1 .2± 1 .7mm　VS1 3.4± 1 .8mm ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂对控制血压 ,逆转左室肥厚有积极的意义。Aim:To observe the affection of blood pressure changes to Left ventricular hypertrophy treated with losartan.Methods:47 cases in test group were treated with losartan for 1 year and 35 cases did as control group.Results:There were significant differences in SBP and DBP after treated.There were significant differences in SBP and DBP after treated.There were also obvious differences in IVST and PWT.Conclusion:Angiotensin Ⅱ receptor in hibitor could control blood pressure and reverse left ventricular hypertrophy.
