抑制柳树根朽病病菌的药剂筛选

摘　　要：用柳树根朽病的菌丝和病组织接种在含有不同药剂的培养基中,进行抑制根朽病病菌的药剂筛选试验,结果表明,供试的13种农药对该病菌均有一定的抑菌效果。试验获得的数据,经方差分析、SSR测验结果表明,各药剂间抑菌效果差异非常显著,以三福美1000倍液效果最佳,其抑菌率达100%;硫酸铜200倍液,三唑酮、百菌清、代森锌各1000倍液,其抑菌率均在95%以上;抑菌效果最差的是甲霜灵、多菌灵、甲霜灵锰锌,其抑菌率均在20%以下。Fungicide selection test for controlling Armillariella tabescens Sing of Willowin culture medium containing different fungicide which inoculated mycelium and tissue of Armillariella tabescens Sing of willow showed that 13 kinds of fungicides hadsome effective. Resultsof variance analysis on test data indicated that they are differently marked. The fungus inhibittedtest in laboratory resulted that 0.050% ziram, 0.20% copper sulfate, 0.020% triadimefon,0.075% chlorothalonil and 0.050% zineb had obvious effect with inhibitory percentage of 95%.
