摘 要:采用饲养试验和代谢试验研究在等能条件下(11.29MJ/kg),5种不同日粮蛋白质水平(15%,17%,19%,21%,23%)对绍鸭开产后52周内产蛋性能、饲料蛋白质吸收利用方面的影响。结果表明:不同日粮蛋白质水平对绍鸭产蛋率影响不大,两者之间相关不显著(P>0.05)。随日粮蛋白质水平提高,试鸭平均蛋重增大,产蛋饲料报酬也相应较高,但盈利则相应减少。试鸭氮存留率随日粮蛋白质水平提高而降低,但15%,17%,19%蛋白组之间无显著差异,而与21%和23%蛋白组差异显著(P<0.05)。结果还表明:绍鸭产蛋期适宜的日粮蛋白质水平约为17~19%,其相应的蛋能比为15~17g/MJ。A grouped feeding trial and metabolism trials for laying Shao Ducks were conducted to determine the effects of five isoenergctic diets (11. 29 MJ/kg) with different crude protein levels (15% , 17% , 19% ,21%, 23% , respectively) on the egg laying performance and feed protein utilization. The results indicated that different dietary protein level had no significant effect on egg production rate of Shao Ducks. There was no significant correlation between them. With the increase of dietary protein level, average egg weight was gradually increased and feed efficiency improved) but profit potential per duck decreased. Nitrogen retention ratio decreased with increasing dietary protein level, while there were no significant differences among ducks fed with diets containing 15%. 17% and 19% protein. It was suggested that the optimum dietary protein level for laying Shao Ducks was about 17%-19%, with CP:ME ratio (g/MJ) : 15 - 17.
