摘 要:实验以二年生盆栽枳砧兴津品系温州蜜柑为材料,从1990年4月6日至6月25日分100%,72%,41%和13%自然光(NL)四组进行处理。处理结束时在饱和光强下净光合速率(Pn)最高的是72%NL处理;72%NL以下Pn随遮荫程度的增大而减小。低光水来下训化了的叶子在夏季比高光下生长的叶子容易发生光抑制。6月29日从高光条件下被转到低光条件下或反转移的植株,在转移后的两个月内,叶子的Pn先下降,然后逐渐回升。不同处理间Pn的差异与氮素和可溶性蛋白质含量、水分利用效率和叶肉导度之间存在大致平行的关系。植株从高光到低光或从低光到高光转移之后,这些参数变化的时间进程与Pn进程相似,但气孔导度与Pn之间无明显相关。文中还提到了其他有关参数在驯化过程中的变化趋势。Two-year-old satsuma mandarin seedlings (Citrus unshiu Marc. cv. Oksuwasa on Pomirus trifoliatata(L. )Raf. , were grown outdoors in Hangzhou and used ns experimental material. Among the four groups of seedlings exposed to 100%,72%,41% and 13% natural light (NL) from April 6 to June 25,1992,the 72% treatment had the highest net photosynthctic rate(Pn)un-der saturation light conditions at the end of exposure,and below that level Pn decreased with increasing shading. Leaves acclimated to low light levels were more liable to be photoinhibited than those grown under high light levels. For plants that had been shifted from high to low light conditions,or vice-versa,on June 29,1990,measurements during the 2-month-pcriod following the shift showed an initial decline in Pn followed by a gradual recovery. There was a certain degree of parallelism between variation in Pn and that in nitrogen and soluble protein content, water use efficiency and mesophyll conductance among different treatments ,and the time course of change in these parameters after shifting the plants from high to low light conditions ,or vice versa, were more or less similar to that in Pn. No apparent correlation was .however.observed between stomatal conductance and Pn. Trends of other related parameters during acclimation were also noted.
