摘  要:目的:应用脑干听觉诱发电位对胆红素致脑瘫兔的听路损害情况进行探讨。方法:对5例脑瘫兔和10例同日龄正常兔的脑干听觉诱发电位进行检测。结果:脑瘫兔组P3波出波率低于正常兔组(P<0.01);听路损害均呈双侧性,周围性听路损害2只耳,中枢性听路损害3只耳,混合性听路损害5只耳;脑瘫兔组P1、P2、P3、P4波潜伏期延长(P<0.01),P1~P5波幅两组间差异不显著(P>0.05),P1~P2、P1~P4峰间潜伏延长(P<0.01),P1~P3、P1~P5两组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:胆红素致脑瘫兔的脑干听觉诱发电位改变呈双侧性;为蜗后性损害,且以混合性听路损害为主。Objective:To study the auditory pathway lesions in cerebral palsy rabbits induced by bilirubin by brainstem auditory evoked potentiasl(BAEP).Methods:BAEP was recorded in 5 cerebral palsy rabbits and 10 normal rabbits the same age.Results:The rate of wave P 3 presence of the cerebral palsy group was lower than that of the normal group(P<0.01). The abnormalities of BAEP contained three types:impairment in peripheral auditory pathway(2 ears);impairment in brainstem pathways(3 ears);complex defects of both auditory pathways(5 ears).Prolonged latencies of waves P1,P2,P3,P4 and longer interpeak latency of wave P1~P2 and P1~P4 were observed (P<0.01).There were no significant differences in the amplitude of waves P1~P5 between the cerebral palsy group and the normal group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The auditory pathway impairment of cerebral palsy rabbits induced by bilirubin was bilateral and retrocochlear;complex defects of both auditory pathways predominated.
