摘 要:本试验用^(125)I标记抗鸡传染性法氏囊病(IBD)免疫球蛋白,研究鸡对口服、肌肉注射不同途径给予标记抗体后的吸收、分布及其动态变化。结果表明,口服或肌注标记抗体后6h至48h测定鸡器官、组织和血液中有抗体存在,其中盲肠扁桃体、小肠部位的抗体吸收,口服组比肌注组高,而法氏囊、胸腺、脾、肝、胸肌部位,肌注组则比口服组高,健鸡组标记抗体吸收量6h达到高峰,以后逐渐下降。下降速度肌注组低干口服组,而人工感染IBD强毒后24h肌注组的下降速度则更慢。In the test we used ^(125)Ⅰ labelled anti-IBD glubulin and studied the absorption, distribution and dynamic changs of ^(125)Ⅰ-IBD antibody in chick by taking orally and intramuscular injection. The result showed that each chick's organs and tissues and blood were all discovered IBD antibody from 6 h to 48 h after getting labelled antibody by different ways. The abosorptive volumn of antibody among chicks' organs, tissues and blood via orally group was higher than intramuscular injection group in cecal tonsil and small intestine, lower than intramuscular injection in bursa of Fabricius, thymus, spleen, liver and breastmuscle. Absorptive volumn reached peck at 6 h post taking antibody in normal chicks, then dropped gradually. The falling speed of antibody, intramuscular injection group was slower than that via orally group, while IBDV artificially infected chicks taking labelled antibody by intramuscular injection group was the slowest.
