倍他乐克对冠心病患者生活质量的影响综合评价

摘　　要：目的：全面评价倍他乐克对冠心病患者生活质量的影响。方法：５２例冠心病患者服用倍他乐克１００ｍｇ／ｄ，３周为１疗程，观察症状、心电图、心功能、运动能力等指标。结果：用药后心绞痛缓解总有效率９６％；血压、心率和耗氧指数降低明显，心功能指标ＳＶ、ＣＯ降低不明显，每日最大运动时间和距离明显增加。结论：倍他乐克有利于冠心病患者全面改善生活质量。Objective:To demonstrate the role of Betaloc on quality of life in the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)Method: 52 patients with CHD took Betaloc 100mg/d for 3 weeks,angina pectoris episode times,ischeamia in ECG,heart function,movement ability etc.were recorded.Result: After treatment,96% patients showed angina pectoris released,blood pressue and heart rate descreased obviously,heart function varied sightly,daily maximum movement time and distance increased significantly.Conclusion: Betalok had a benefit attection on improving quality of life in patients with CHD.
