摘 要:采用改良的享格特(Hungate)厌氧操作技术对两种不同土壤性状的水稻土壤中硫酸盐还原细菌(SRB)的生态进行研究。结果表明:在早晚稻的分蘖盛期,两种水稻土中的SRB数量都出现一个高峰值;晚稻的SRB数量比早稻多。水稻土的氧化还原电位、有机质含量及土壤温度对SRB数量均有影响。从两种水稻土中分离得到的优势菌株ZY和ZH,经初步鉴定,ZY菌株归属于Desulfovibrio vulgaris subsp.vulgaris,ZH菌株归属于Desulfovibrio vulgaris subspThe ecology of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) in two different types of rice paddy soil was studid by improved Hungate anaerobic technique. The results showed that the amount of SRB appeared a peak value during tillering stage of earlier rice in both of the rice paddy soils, the amount of SRB during later rice was higher than that during earlier rice, the Eh, content of organic matter and temperature in soil had some effect on the amount of SRB. It was identified that the dominant strains ZY and ZH of SRB, isolated from the two different types of soil, belonged to Desulfovibrio vulgaris subsp. vulgaris and Desulfovibrio vulgaris subsp. oxamicus, respectively.
