摘　　要：目的：探讨Ｂｅｎｎｅｔｔ 骨折一种新的外固定方式。方法：采用侯春林设计的手指延长器，经过缩短改进，对３１ 例Ｂｅｎｎｅｔｔ 骨折患者施术，进行牵引复位和固定。结果：所有病人均得到满意复位和可靠的固定，骨折愈合良好，功能恢复。结论：该术式简单易行，可多方向，不同力量牵引，能使骨折满意复位，且能达到的可靠原外固定，并不影响骨折愈合，是Ｂｅｎｎｅｔｔ 骨折的一种理想的治疗方法。Objective:To explore a new kind of external fixation for Bennet fracture.Methods:31 cases of Bennett fracture were traction reduced and fixed using modified finger extension apparatus designed by Hou Chunlin.Results:All the fractures were satisfacorily reduced and rigidly fixed,fracture healing was good,and all the patients rehabilitated well.Conclusion:The apparatus which can tract in different ways is simple to be carried out ,and is an ideal method for Bennett fracture.
