老年血小板膜糖蛋白CD_(62P)、CD_(63)45例分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨老年心血管病、老年糖尿病、老年非心血管病血小板膜糖蛋白ＣＤ６２Ｐ、ＣＤ６３ 变化及其临床意义。方法：采用美国Ｂｅｃｔｏｎ－ Ｄｉｃｋｉｎｓｏｎ 公司生产的Ｆａｃｓｃａｎ 型流式细胞仪检测老年心血管病、老年糖尿病、老年非心血管病各１５ 例血小板膜糖蛋白活化水平。结果：老年心血管病、老年糖尿病较老年非心血管病血小板膜糖蛋白ＣＤ６２Ｐ 增高（Ｐ＜ ０．０１），且随着年龄增高呈递减趋势，ＣＤ６３ 于７１～８０ 岁增高明显（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。老年心血管病组以高血压脑卒中血小板膜糖蛋白异常率最高，老年高冠心病次之，单纯高血压、冠心病最低。结论：老年血小板膜糖蛋白ＣＤ６２Ｐ、ＣＤ ６３ 活化与动脉硬化病变相关。而ＣＤ６３ 可能是血小板活化更敏感的指标。Objective:To study the alteration and clinical significance of platelet membranous glucoprotein CD 62p and CD 63 in old patient with cardiovascular disorder,diabetes or non_cardiovascular disorder.Method:The activity level of platelet membranous glucoprotein of 15 elderly cardiovascular disorder patients,15 elderly diabetes patients and 15 eldly non_cardiovascular patients was obtained by flow cytometer(FACScan,Becton_dickinson,America).Result:The level of platelet membranous glucoprotein CD 62p of the elderly cardiovascular disorder and diabetes patients was higher than that of the elderly non_cardiovascular patients (P<0.01).We also observed the decreasing tendency as the patients got old.The level of CD 63 was obviously high in the patients of 71～80 years old(P<0.01).In the elderly cardiovascular disorder team,the abnormality rate of platelet membranous glucoprotein was the highest in the patients with hypertensive cerebral stroke.The patients with hypertensive coronary heart disease followed and the abnormality rate in the patients with simple hypertension and coronary heart disease was the lowest.Conclusion:The activity of platelet membranous glucoprotein CD 62p and CD 63 was relative to the atherosclerotic disease in the elderly.CD 63 may be more acute ability of platelet activation.
