摘　　要：目的：探讨人工耳蜗植入术前准备和术后康复训练的意义。方法：对在训的１３ 名人工耳蜗植入术后聋儿进行听觉言语评估。结果：不同的术前准备及术后康复训练对聋儿的听觉能力和言语理解、表达能力均有不同的影响。结论：术前准备。Objective:To probe the significance of the preparation and rehabilitation training for cochlear implanted children.Method:To evaluate auditory-verbal ability after implanting a cochlear for 13 children.Result:Different preparations and rehabilitation training had differenteffect on auditory-verbal ability of 13 children.Conclusion:enough prepatations and effective rehabilitation exercises play an important role in the success of cochlear implant.
