三种受体阻断剂对家兔中毒性休克引起的低血压的逆转作用的研究

摘　　要：本工作是在家兔麻醉状态下进行的急性实验,结果表明,侧脑室注射纳洛酮、肉桂硫胺或酚妥拉明部分拮抗中毒性休克家兔出现的低血压效应。同时发现上述任何两种受体阻断剂结合使冈其血压逆转时间及达峰值时间均明显缩短,但其作用强度较单独使用无显著差异。The acute experiments were carried out in 43 anesthetized rabbits. The results showed that (1) lateral ventricle injection of naloxone , phentolamine or cinanSerine reversed partly the hypotension induced by toxic shock , (2) after the combination injection of 2 kinds of the above blockers , the times necessary to reveSe hypotension and reach peak of blood pressure Were significantly shortened but the strength of the reversable effect on the hypotension was not different from that in single use of the above blockers.
