摘 要:本研究以放免法测定脐血清E2水平,男x=20.14±7.98nmol/L和女x=24.77±8.83nmol/L。t检验性别间无显著性差异。末梢血清生后男女均急剧下降至0.03±0.01nmol/L,整个围产期持续低。T脐血清水平男x=3.07±1.16nmol/L,女x=2.36±0.74nmol/L,无性别差异。女婴生后末梢血清一直在低水平,而男婴则迅速上升,一日左右高峰值8.45±2.55nmol/L,5日后又复下降。有明显性别差异,在1和3天时P分别是0.001和0.01。生后胎盘源激素被大量清除,导致下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴系激活;T于生后急剧上升,显示生成增加,睾丸Leydig细胞被迅速激活;均提示围生儿垂体-性腺轴系趋于成熟。The postnatal pituitary-gonadol axis function of neonate boys and girls was studied by meassu rments of serum estradiol and testosterone in cord sera and in peripheral sera on 0-7 days of postnatal age,In cord serum ofmale and female neonates mean estradiol level was 20.14±7.98 nmol/L and 24.77±8.83 nmol/L,respectively,No significant sex difference was seen,After birth there was a rapid fall in serum estradiol level of 0.03±0.01 nmol /L,lasting low for whole perinatal period.Testosterone level in cord serum of male and female neonates mean 3.07±1.16 nmol/L and 2.36±0.74 nmol/L was found, repectically, No sex difference was seen,After birth there was constantly low in serum testosterone level in female neonates,but there was a dramatically rise in male neonates,up to peak level of 8.45±2.55 nmol/L on day l,and decreasing 5 days later.There was significant sex difference,P value was 0.00l and 0.0l on day 1 and day3,respevtively. The elimination of placental steroid estradiol at birth is largely responsible for the postnatal activation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadol axis.The present study clearly documents a large increase in testosterone in serum during the first 5 days,suggesting the rapid activition of the testes Leydig cell and the maturity of the axis.
