新生儿颈外静脉的解剖观测及临床意义

摘　　要：本文解剖观察、测量了16具32例新生儿尸体的颈外静脉,结果其平均长度为4.37±0.94Cm,平均管径起点为0.16±0.05Cm,汇合点为0.24±0.07Cm,注入点为0.28±0.08Cm,被测量的颈外静脉中有98%的下段后壁上有一较大的属支.全长可分为三段,根据回流部位不同可分为三型,即锁骨下静脉型、静脉角型和颈内静脉型.In this study, measurements were obtained from 32 external jugular veins of 16 newborns, after having been dissected, observed and measured. The results showed that its average length was 4.37 ?.94 Cm, average diameter of starting point was 0.16?.05Cm, the diameter of joining point was 0.28 ?.08Cm. A bigger dependent branch was found on the posterior wall of infeir or section of 93 percent of external jugular veins. The whole vein was divided into three parts. Three categories, subclavein, angulus venous, interal juglar vein, were determined according to the place which it poured into.
