龙葵对小鼠组织脂质过氧化作用的影响

摘　　要：龙葵乙醇提取液给小鼠灌胃,以观察其对小鼠肝脏、心肌与脑组织脂质过氧化作用的影响.实验结果表明:龙葵乙醇提取液可显著降低小鼠肝脏、心肌与脑组织过氧化脂质含量,同时提高该组织的超氧化物歧化酶的活性.If the Liqid extracted from solanum in alcohol is filled into the rat's stomach, We can see it's influence on the lipid peroxidczation in the rat's liver, myocardial muscle and brain tissue. This experiment shows that the liqaid can obviously reduce the content of peroxidizing Lipid in the rat's Liver,my ocardial muscle and brain tissue and also can increase the activation of peroxide dismulase in the tissue.
