补肾生血药治疗β地中海贫血的临床研究

摘　　要：本组确诊患者２０例，男性１２例，女性８例，年龄７－１７岁。重型β地中海贫血１０例，中间型１０例，中药方剂由生地、熟地、太子参及阿胶等１１味中药组成，制成胶囊剂，按年龄不同分别服用。２０例中１５例有效，临床症状改善，精神振奋，食欲增加，不易患感染性疾患，Ｈｂ增加３－３０ｇ／Ｌ，平均９．９ｇ／Ｌ，ＲＢＣ增加（０．１－１．５）×１０（１２）／Ｌ，平均０．４６×１０（１２）／Ｌ，网织红细胞增加０．０１－０．１，平均０．０２８，抗碱Ｈｂ增加０．０２－０．２１，平均０．０７，白细胞和血小板无明显变化。cases, males 12 females 8, aged 7.14 years averaging 11, withβ-thalassemia using the Bushen Shengxue(nouriting kidney, generating blood)capsule were treated. They have anemia,hepa-splenomegly, Hb and RBC signiffcation decreased and the fetal Hb obvious increased. This medicine(capsules)is made of 11 Chinese traditional ingredients. Direction: adult, 3 time a day,4-5capsules a time, and children take less,a course for 2 months. The results showed that 1 5 of them were better effect and Hb increased with averaging 9. 9g/L,RBC0. 46 ×1012/L,reticulocytes 0.028,Hb F 0.07.
