地中海贫血病人血红蛋白的穆斯堡尔谱和园二色的临床研究

摘　　要：用穆斯堡尔谱和园二色测量技术对血红蛋白Ｈ病和重型β地中海贫血病人的红细胞进行了研究，并有正常人对照，研究结果显示重型β地中海贫血病人、切脾治疗病人和马利兰治疗者，光谱学是有区别的，根据结果作者提出关于地中海贫血病人血红蛋白变化过程概念。The Mossbauer spectroscopy and circular dichroism measurements have been used to investigate the effect of some medical treatments on the red blood cells of the patients with HbH disease and β-Thalassemia major, respectively. The results indicate that bath splenectomy and treatment with myleran are effective to alleviate the symptoms of anemia for some patients, but both of them are different in the effect on the RBCs of the patients.On the basis of the results, a hypothesis on the course of denaturation in hemoglobin of the patients is proposed.
