慢性乙型肝炎患者DNA损伤的修复及其机理的探讨

摘　　要：采用单独和联合用药的方式，离体和体内分别诱导１００例慢乙肝患者外周血淋巴细胞ＮＤＡ修复，分别观察ＳＣＥ、ＦＳ、ＨＢＶＭ等多项实验指标。结果表明，１５个体内、体外处理组均能显著地降低患者外周血淋巴细胞ＳＣＥ、ＦＳ平均值，具有显著地ＨＢＶＭ阴转率和ＡＬＴ的复常率，说明所应用的３种不同抗ＨＢＶ药物及其组成的６种治疗方案均具有诱导患者ＮＤＡ损伤的修复作用；药物诱导患者ＤＮＡ损伤修复的可能方式是复制后修复。In vitro and in vivo the peripheral lymphocytes of chronic hepatitis B patients were treated respectively by 3 different drugs for anti-HBV,with separate and combined ways.Many experimental indexes of mean SCE、FS frequencies 、HBV M and etc.were observed respectively.The results were showed that,6 treating plans composed of 3 antivirus drugs had the effect of DN A-damaged repair induced on chronic hepatitis B patients,for l5 treating groups in vivo and in vitro had a significantly decreased SCE frequencies of peripheral lymphocytes in the patients and a significantly negative-transfered rates of HBeAg、HBV-DNA and recovering rate of ALT;the postreplication repair may by the way of DNA-damaged repair induced by drugs in the hepatitis B patients.
